Made in Belgium This Belgian band led by Stef Kamil Carlens, former double bass player of dEUS, was born in 1993 under the name A Beatband, whose first EP was "Jintro Travels The Word In A Skirt". After a prolonged period of uncertainty as to their identity, (they were also known as Moondog Jr for some time), the Belgian band adopted its current name Zita Swoon, under which it has achieved its best results in the world of the performing arts.

After a period of time spent testing the ground with more experimental albums, the band launched its “sexy pop album”, “Life = A Sexy Sanctuary” in 2001, considered more consensual but nevertheless dividing the critics, with some specialists being of the opinion that it was inferior to their previous work, “Pictures on a Wedding Dress”.

In Loulé, the band will be presenting their latest work, “Big City”, which they recorded in 2007.
