Electronic Fusion, from Paris to the World
A fusion of gypsy jazz with electronic rhythms, in a tribute to “manouche jazz” (a musical style from the 1930s), this is the work of Parisian band Caravan Palace, already considered an ambassador of new sounds.
|
Caravan Palace take to the stage for every performance with a huge variety of instruments from violins and guitars, to double bass and clarinets, and the musicians make the fullest possible use of image effects to bring added colour to the fusion of rhythms with electronic beat.
Whether or not you like their style of music, it would be difficult to remain indifferent to the band’s work, which is clearly intended to impress.
Their début album is due to be released this coming September. Prior to the launch, the Parisian band will be on tour in Europe and will be performing in Portugal at the Med Festival on the 25th of June.
